Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@lahku.com. If your return is accepted, you'll receive a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.
Additionally, the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket) also provides a withdrawal form that you can use here.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the quickest way to ensure you get your desired product is to return the one you have received. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund to your original payment method. Please remember, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
